Following the high significance of this central function within a matrix organization, you report directly to the CFO of the group of companies.
According to markets and technologies, you will be responsible for the direction of a future-oriented HR strategy and corporate culture.
Further conceptual development and operational implementation of an innovative, uniform personnel policy.
Continuously implement organizational development (HR business partner model).
Personnel planning (recruiting, personnel support), personnel controlling (including remuneration systems), labor law, learning & development (e.g. talent management, executive development)
Marketing & employer branding and strategic HR projects.
Competently support and advise senior executives in key strategic and operational matters in Germany on developing key positions in “their companies”.
Constructive cooperation with work councils and trade unions rounds off your framework of responsibilities as an essential component.
In this central management function, you are a member of the extended management circle and report directly to the Executive Board.
You will lead a team of around 55 HR business partners, HR experts and employees, nationally and internationally.
You will be responsible for the strategic orientation and development of the HR department in line with the company’s objectives.
Planning, managing and controlling budgets, these duties include active support for change and organizational development processes, including the ongoing digitalization and increasing internationalization, as well as the development of a uniform management culture across the entire Group.
Further development of the HR department as an internal service provider, you will be responsible for the implementation of HR transformation projects.
Establishment of digital (self) services and other (integrated) HR IT solutions. They are pushing ahead with the implementation of the employer brand and the personnel marketing campaigns to position the company as a top employer with a future-oriented, multi-layered personnel recruitment strategy and a future-oriented dual training system as well as the promotion and development of young professionals.
In addition, you will cultivate a trusting cooperation with the committees and works councils and advise the top management on all labor, social security and HR tax issues.
