To grow one of their German based BU’s the company is seeking a senior executive to lead this enterprise and ensure the growth and development of this operations with full P&L responsibility. Full P&L responsibility for a dedicated unit with around 200 employees
Responsible for business development, profitable growth, sales and delivery
Create market value through seizing opportunities through market insights and generate innovative workforce solutions for the dedicated business unit
Accountability for the “go to market” strategy and driving execution
Accelerate performance by enabling profitability and growth
Drive operational excellence by using dedicated tools
Analysis of potentials in the operative business, development of profitable opportunities and definition of appropriate measures in cooperation with the sales department
Analysis and continuous development of the current business processes, also from a digitization point of view
Develop new business opportunities for existing and new clients and candidates
Recognize market trends and develop and implement appropriate measures in the “world of work”
Planning, control and monitoring of sales and recruiting activities
Ensuring compliance with legal principles (labor law, AÜG, AGB, Tariff agreements, contracts with customers)
At least 10 years of Sales experience in the professional services and solutions industry
Strong people management skills with the ability to work and operate in matrixed organizations combined with a proven track record in coaching and managing high performance and management teams through transformations
The person will report to the leadership and executive team of the German Corporation and to the COO. Exposure to the European leadership team is to be expected in this role.
