Role description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Manager to join our team! As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet clients’ needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions. In order to be successful for this role you will be an experienced HR professional with a previous history operating at this level. Head of Recruitment Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in the relevant role

  • Team Management: Build an R&R Team for the organization and manage the Team. Also insure training, coaching, and development.

  • Developing and implementing the sourcing strategy

  • It would be an added value if the ideal candidate has an existing relationship with workers and the workforce in CEE (Central Eastern Europe)

  • Work Focus: Searching, interviewing, and delivery of Mid – low-level positions (Typically positions below 50K OTE mark) up to c level Executive roles (typically 150 K OTE +)

  • Search focus: Based on projects – Central Eastern Europe, D-A-C-H region

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) 

  • Excellent communication skills (both, written and verbal)

  • Ability to engage candidates via cold-calls, online sourcing (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc) 

  • Full Responsibility for developing, creating of any Job Description for the organization as well as advertisement

  • Relationship management to Clients.

  • Calculating offers for Operations and Sales

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development  

  • Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines

  • Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business

  • Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success 

  • Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business

  • Understanding database as well as other technical tools for finding talent

  • High social intelligence where you will be able to assess candidate’s knowledge as well as personality
