Head of Recruitment Responsibilities and Requirements:
7+ years of experience in the relevant role
Team Management: Build an R&R Team for the organization and manage the Team. Also insure training, coaching, and development.
Developing and implementing the sourcing strategy
It would be an added value if the ideal candidate has an existing relationship with workers and the workforce in CEE (Central Eastern Europe)
Work Focus: Searching, interviewing, and delivery of Mid – low-level positions (Typically positions below 50K OTE mark) up to c level Executive roles (typically 150 K OTE +)
Search focus: Based on projects – Central Eastern Europe, D-A-C-H region
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication skills (both, written and verbal)
Ability to engage candidates via cold-calls, online sourcing (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, etc)
Full Responsibility for developing, creating of any Job Description for the organization as well as advertisement
Relationship management to Clients.
Calculating offers for Operations and Sales
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
