Experienced with Microsoft Office & CMS platforms.

Excellent communication skills are a must. We require a person with excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of German language will be viewed as a very strong bonus.

Candidates with the knowledge of both English and German will have the opportunity to become Team Leaders in the future.

Role description

We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant who would be responsible for the following:

Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients – daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.

Business development of new clients

Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls

Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities

Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email

Keeping up with product and service information and updates

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

Researching and qualifying new leads

Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business

Develop and grow existing pipeline

Managerial experience is desired as this position is a prospect to turning into a Lead position

Collaboration with colleagues on similar projects and roles

Participation in continuous improvement of the company’s best practices, processes, IT systems, and tools, etc.


Previous experience in recruitment/HR, client/customer-oriented roles, and other relevant roles

Solid communication skills

Excellent level of English (B2)

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Recruitment (Executive search, Blue Collar, White Collar)
