Salary: 7500 – 12 000 HRK + Bonuses

Professional Skills

Proven sales experience.

Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Education (min)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Role description

Business development of new clients

Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients – daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.

Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls

Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities

Keeping up with product and service information and updates

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

Researching and qualifying new leads

Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business

Develop and grow existing pipeline

Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.

Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.

Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.

Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.

Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.


Previous experience in direct sales ISAM, software, SAAS etc.

Solid communication skills

Excellent level of English (B2)

Minimum of 4 years of related experience in direct sales enviroment on an international level


Reports to CEO directly
