We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Senior Sales Consultant to increase sales and potentially lead our team of Sales Representatives. The Senior Sales Consultants responsibilities include setting up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers. You should also be able to identify unmet customer needs and recommend improvements to the product line accordingly.
To be successful as a Senior Sales Consultant, you should be target-driven and adept at persuading customers to make purchases. Ultimately, a top-performing Senior Sales Consultant should be able to communicate effectively with customers and sales employees as well as demnstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Salary: 7500 – 12 000 HRK + Bonuses

Proven sales experience.

Business development of new clients
Account management of a dedicated portfolio of our clients – daily communication with clients, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, building solid relationships with clients, etc.
Communicating with customers on a daily basis, emails and follow-up, LinkedIn, video calls
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Researching and qualifying new leads
Closing sales and achieving sales targets acquire business
Develop and grow existing pipeline
Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Previous experience in direct sales ISAM, software, SAAS etc.
Solid communication skills
Excellent level of English (B2)
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in direct sales enviroment on an international level
Reports to CEO directly
